Johnnie, affectionately known to family and friends as "Smurf", is a longtime friend of mine. He is a super talented musician who has played and toured with some of the biggest R&B and Hip Hop acts in the country. Theressa is a healthcare professional so you already know she is the sweetest, most caring and nurturing person and you put these two together and you get a magical love that is strong enough to last until the end of time.
I've worked with Smurf on many different projects down through the years, but this one has to be the best one yet. Smurf and Theressa are so supportive of one another and the way Theressa loves and cares for her man is undeniable. I couldn't be happier for these two and I'm so glad that I was able to document them on this journey to the altar. Now anybody who knows Mr. Smurf knows that we couldn't just shoot a run of the mill engagement session so went for a fun and casual vibe and then Smurf and Theressa took it to the next level with a vintage classic feel. How can you not love these two when they kill their engagement session like this?? Love you guys and I can't wait for the wedding!!!
